* Uplift Counseling Services, LLC, serves adolescents (13-17 years old) and adults for individual therapy. Depending on who your therapist is, the first session will either be a 50-minute intake session or a 90-minute intake appointment. From there, each session after will be a 50 minute session where we will determine and work at the treatment and therapy plan that best suits you and your goals. *
